Damaged items must be returned within 20 days of receiving your product.If within 30 days of receiving an undamaged item you do not absolutely love it, please follow these simple directions:
  • Contact customer service at 1-888-674-8307 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number
  • Repackage all products in unused condition in original packaging
  • Send it insured to us via UPS or Fedex to:

Once we receive your merchandise we will start the refund process. If the merchandise arrives to us damaged we will inform you immediately so you can initiate a claim with the carrier you sent it to us for. All merchandise we receive must be unused, in the original packaging with no outside box markings other than a shipping label. In other words, exactly as you received it. Please do not write directly on our packaging. If the above is not followed a 40% restocking fee applies. We do not issue refunds for any personalized items such as engraved nameplates, etched glass, etc. Colors shown online might be different than what is received. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all undamaged returns. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Items with FREE SHIPPING will be refunded less our actual shipping charges to you. Cigars are not refundable.
