This is my first humidor as I recently started smoking cigars occasionally. It is very nice and well built but I am dissappointed about three things. First it was packaged exceptionally well so I was surprised when I noticed the fake brass corner plate on the left corner was bent. I took it off to straighten it and noticed the wood was also damaged. I straightened the fake brass plate so that's not even noticable that it was bent and the plate does cover up most of the wood damage so you can't really see it unless you look closely.
Second is that the glass is not beveled as was stated in the description which is dissappointing. BUT,,,, the most frustrating thing about this purchase is finding out this was not "Made in the USA". I really do try to buy quality products rather than supporting our enemies, the CCP. In your defense though I may have overlooked where it said this product was imported and if so I apologize.

The humidor is beautiful. It holds 50 Churchills ! I put the humidifier on the corner of the glass to allow more room for cigars. Seems to work nicely there.
My Humidor arrived today and I must admit was a little worried when I saw my Postal worker (she/her) bring the package to my front porch. She/her does not have the greatest reputation in my neighborhood for delivering items unscathed. To my surprise and joy the Humidor was in a box within the box, surrounded by Styrofoam peanuts. The humidor itself was surrounded by Styrofoam panels so the packaging was a good sign. I am very pleased with the woodwork, I have started building frames and shelves in my shop the last couple of years and I can appreciate the craftsmanship. The lid has a very tight seal when it is shut and the hinges appear to work well also. I am now in the process of seasoning my humidor so I will let you know how the calibration of the Hygrometer goes. I also paid $15 extra and had "Go Dawgs!" engraved and it adds a bit of class - I guess if you like UGA.
Overall review for someone who just purchase his first humidor I would say for $60, it is one hell of a deal !
Great quality, came on time and it's really nice and customized.
