The cigar is rich and smooth. Plenty of flavor and nuance as well as plentiful smoke. Such a pleasure to smoke- I must be on my 3rd box.

Cigars failed to arrive, porch camera doesn't lie

I am a long-time customer of CH, having enjoyed numerous deliveries of cigars over the years. CH really does provide lovely cigars and provides great and friendly customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot on this occasion enjoy or assess the cigars because they have not arrived, despite USPS reporting them as having been delivered. I have now written to CH and trust that Dave and Kayla are doing what they can to inquire/fix the situation. I know the cigars haven't been delivered because my porch camera indicates so. Happy to withdraw this rating should the cigars arrive.
