Position: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Customer Service & Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not necessary for employment. All applicants must have a clean criminal background and a drug screening may be required.

- Available Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm

Founded in 1996, we are a very large ecommerce retailer of more than 7,000 products. We have nearly 1,000 products in stock in our warehouse in Tampa and more than 7,000 products shipped directly from national and international suppliers. As a small family-run business, we take pride in our commitment to excellent customer service.

We work in a fast paced environment where speed and accuracy is a must. Any candidate that applies must have adequate transportation, a pleasant attitude, and be available Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (with some flexibility). We are a drug-free work place. This position's starting pay is $10 per hour with opportunity for advancement. We are located 1 mile from the Brandon Town Center.
