La Gloria Cubana Serie N JSB (5.5″ x 54)
Hi I’m Stephanie with CheapHumidors.com and today we’re back with another unboxing, our box today is the La Gloria Cubana Serie N and it’s the JSB of this series. So on the outside you see the tobacco sticker that they have to seal the outer casing of this box, which I’ve already opened. Then on the sides they just continue their Series N design all about the box. So let’s open it up, and it’s kind of a funky outer packaging they have. So I’m just going to make it easy and get the box out this way. So obviously the box is the same lovely six-sided shape, and it’s continuing the same theme as the outer casing. You know, just has the logo on all the sides except for the back panel. Then you just slide the top off and you see all 24 cigars you will be receiving if you order a box. Now it’s pretty cool how they’ve structured in this box, they have them alternating which way their going. So you get 6 sets of 4 all stacked on top of each other.
These cigars hail from the Dominican Republic, they have an Oscuro wrapper which means “dark wrapper”. The filler and binder is Nicaraguan and this cigar is a medium to full body. The combo from the binder and filler mixed with the Oscuro wrapper creates a bolder and more complex flavor profile with this cigar. So you’re sure to experience some pretty intense flavors at the beginning and it’s probably going to mellow out to a sweeter tone towards the very end. This cigar is a Robusto size it’s 5.5 inches long with a 54 ring gauge. The band is super pretty, it’s die-cut and embossed it’s just all around gorgeous. You wouldn’t expect a band, based on the logo of their box being so simple, to be this detailed. Another cool this about this cigar is since it’s the Serie N they have a nice little tobacco leaf cutout into the shape of an N glued onto the front of your cigar.
So that wraps it up for today’s unboxing of the La Gloria Cubana Serie N. Let me know in the comments below if you’ve ever tried the Serie N before or if you’re interested in trying it. Also let me know if you’re wanting to see any future unboxings like any weird cigar boxes that you’re interested in having us break open. So I’ll see you next week with Kayla’s review of the Serie N.[VIDEO] Unboxing La Gloria Cubana Serie N JSB (5.5" x 54) by Stephanie Bolen
