Once we receive your merchandise we will start the refund process. If the merchandise arrives to us damaged we will inform you immediately so you can initiate a claim with the carrier you sent it to us for. All merchandise we receive must be unused, in the original packaging with no outside box markings other than a shipping label. In other words, exactly as you received it. Please do not write directly on our packaging. If the above is not followed a 40% restocking fee applies. We do not issue refunds for any personalized items such as engraved nameplates, etched glass, etc. Colors shown online might be different than what is received. Shipping and handling is not refundable. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all undamaged returns. Items with FREE SHIPPING will be refunded less our actual shipping charges to you.
