The Trinidad Paradox Robusto (5″ x 54)
Hi I’m Stephanie with CheapHumidors.com and today we’re back with another unboxing, our box today is the Trinidad Paradox Robusto. Basically Trinidad came up with this because paradox means to take something and basically combine contradictory things into one. Trinidad decided that they wanted to take their classic cigars and merge them with a new hip feel and new attributes. So they came up with the Trinidad Paradox.
Now when you look at the box you can see that there is a sleeve around it, so let’s just slide that off. So you see on the box they have the logo on the lid with the name Paradox printed They continue that down to the front of the box where you also see 16 Robusto sizes, that you will be receiving if you were to purchase a box. Then on the sides and the back there’s really nothing, so let’s open it up.
Automatically you can feel that it is a magnetic seal on this lid, so to ensure freshness of the cigars that’s there. They’ve continued the logo onto the inside of the lid and then when you come down you see this small info slip that they’ve included; telling you about the Paradox cigar and basically their approach to this new cigar of theirs. They’ve also included the wrapper, binder, and filler information on this card as well. Next, once you remove that slip you will see the cigars. So these cigars hail from the Dominican Republic, they have a San Andres Criollo ’98 wrapper, the binder is a Dominican Piloto, and the filler is Nicaraguan. These cigars are 5 inches long with a 54 ring gauge. This cigars band is really pretty and continues the boxes logo on the lid around the band.
So that wraps it up for Trinidad Paradox. Let me know in the comments below if you’ve ever tried new Trinidad Paradox or if you’re interested in trying the Trinidad Paradox. Also let me know in the comments below if you’re interested in seeing any other unboxings of cigars and we will see you next week with Kayla’s review of the Trinidad Paradox.[VIDEO] Unboxing the Trinidad Paradox Robusto (5" x 54) by Stephanie Bolen
