The Unboxing the Caldwell Reserva Sevillana Corona Gorda (5.75″ x 46)
Hi I’m Stephanie with CheapHumidors.com and today we’re back with another unboxing, our box today is the Caldwell Reserva Sevillana. This box is really cool, it kind of mimics like a pen or a crate. The top is really awesome with their logo of the Bull being stabbed and then they have the Sevillana Reserva and you come down to the front you see the size that you will be receiving which is the Corona Gorda. These cigars are 5.75 inches long with a 46 ring gauge. The box is pretty simple, like I said it mimics a crate or a pen.
So let’s open it up and see what these cigars are all about. Alright so these cigars hail from the Dominican Republic, it is a mild to medium bodied cigar and like I said it’s the Corona so it is 5.75 inches long with a 46 ring gauge. The filler and binder are left up being a mystery blend, so we’re not told what that is but the wrapper is an Ecuadorian Connecticut leaf. So everything you can find about this cigar is saying it’s a mild to medium bodied stick and the flavor notes to expect are sweet cream, pepper, cedar, wood, and some sweet spice. It’s definitely got kind of a nice balance going on, so it should be a nice stick to just kick back and relax with. Now onto the bands, the bands are really nice they’re pretty simple but they continue the theme of the box onto the cigar. You have the Sevillana band on top with the bull logo and then you come down and you have the Reserva band on the bottom. They’re both really nice and they’re both die-cut and embossed as well.
So that wraps it up for today’s unboxing of the Caldwell Reserva Sevillana. Let me know in the comments below if you’ve ever tried this cigar or if you’re interested in trying it.
